This position will require someone who brings a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our company in a way that resonates with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers in-person and over the phone to understand their kitchen and bath renovation needs.
- Actively listen to customers’ preferences to recommend products and solutions that suit their style and budget.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration
- Develop an in-depth understanding of kitchen and bath products, including cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations to customers, emphasizing features such as quality, durability, and design.
Consultative Selling
- Use a consultative approach to help customers select products, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide expert advice on materials, configurations, and design options to align with their vision and budget.
Quoting and Proposal Generation
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customers’ specifications, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing and product details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery and installation, maintaining clear communication with customers.
Relationship Building
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up promptly on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Market Research and Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in kitchen and bath remodeling.
Team Development
- Participate in ongoing sales training, team-building exercises, and mentorship programs to enhance skills.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of sales experience in home remodeling, kitchen and bath, or interior design, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for home remodeling, with the ability to articulate the value of our products effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 – $175,000+
