MEET THE TEAM

Bob began his career in construction during high school, where he gained experience in various construction roles. Following graduation, he secured a position in residential remodeling.

After dedicating years to building his expertise, he founded Chase Remodeling in 1977. Although Bob juggles many responsibilities in his position, he finds the most fulfillment in cultivating relationships with clients and truly cherishes the satisfaction they experience with their project completion.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys playing golf, boating and activities in warm weather. He also treasures spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Charles has been in the remodeling industry for 40 years, starting at the age of 25. As a master Carpenter, his expertise lies in finish carpentry, having contributed to various phases of residential construction projects. He holds multiple certifications in the roofing and siding industry, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and application techniques.

For the past 28 years, Charles has excelled in estimating, customer advisory, and sales. He finds fulfillment in meeting new people and helping them bring their dream home improvement projects to life. Outside of work, Charles enjoys reading, engaging in hands-on projects, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Dennis’ introduction to the industry began through his grandfather, a skilled master carpenter, who introduced him into the craft at a young age. He further honed his skills by attending Howard Vo-Tech and Howard Community College.

Currently serving as a project manager at Chase Remodeling, Dennis meticulously oversees all aspects of home improvement projects. His favorite part of his role is collaborating with others and bringing clients’ ideas to life.

Outside of work, Dennis indulges in fishing, restores old cars, and plays lacrosse. Fun fact, Dennis earned the Glen A. Pressgraves Memorial award for being the most outstanding student in the building trades courses in his class. He also received recognition for constructing a pool house out of reclaimed materials!

Dave’s upbringing was steeped in construction from an early age. Dave’s father, a skilled master mason and general contractor, instilled in him a deep appreciation for the art of construction. At just 7 years old, Dave, alongside his older brother and father, embarked on a remarkable journey to construct their family home. This experience sparked in Dave a passion that would shape his future endeavors. Even as he pursued higher education, Dave remained tethered to his construction roots, using his skills to pay his way through college by painting and installing sheetrock.

Despite diverse professional experiences, Dave’s passion for construction persisted. After brief ventures into business consultancy and health insurance, Dave found himself drawn back to the remodeling industry. For Dave, this return represents a full-circle moment, he believes to be the most personally fulfilling of all his endeavors.

Cathy is our in-house designer at Chase Remodeling, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in kitchen and bath design. Her expertise covers everything from cabinets and fixtures to appliances and plumbing, making her a trusted advisor for homeowners seeking to upgrade their spaces. Cathy’s passion lies in collaborating with clients, getting to know their unique preferences, and guiding them through each step of the design process. She loves seeing a project go from concept to completion and takes pride in ensuring every detail reflects her clients’ visions. Her warm and approachable style makes her a favorite among those looking to create their dream kitchens and bathrooms. 

Finote is a recent addition to the Chase Remodeling team, taking on the role of Digital Marketing and Media Coordinator—a position that perfectly aligns with her passions.

She finds immense joy in merging her expertise in digital marketing with her fascination for home remodeling and renovation projects. Outside of work, Finote cherishes moments spent with loved ones and embarks on adventures through travel.

Sherry has been an invaluable part of the Chase Remodeling team for over 18 years, serving as our dedicated bookkeeper for the past 4 years. She greatly enjoys the family-like atmosphere that defines Chase Remodeling’s workplace culture. Outside of the office, Sherry can be found spending quality time with her family.

Andrew is the newest addition to the Chase Remodeling Estimation team. He brings a strong background in sales and customer service. His experience working directly with clients has given him a keen understanding of how to translate their needs into actionable plans. Andrew is excited to apply this skill set to help make your home renovation dreams a reality. When he’s not helping clients plan their next big project, Andrew loves spending quality time with family and friends, especially if it involves a round of golf!
